Green Goddess Smoothie

Yes, it’s green but full of nutrients and it tastes way better than it looks! Try it for yourself. Quick and simple.

1 large ripe banana chopped

1 cup mangoes chopped (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup strawberries  chopped (fresh or frozen)

5 oz of fresh spinach thoroughly washed

1 1/2 cups or so of water

Add water to blender first. Then put in banana. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Tip: add a spoon of ground flax for extra fiber goodness

Down the hatch!

G-morning Berry

This is a great smoothie at any time of day. I usually enjoy it in the morning. I use all organic ingredients. Simple, pure and refreshing.

a handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 banana sliced

a few strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 a peach (fresh or a couple of slices of frozen peach)

2 spoons of hemp protein powder

1 spoon of ground flax seeds

a cup or so of milk (cow, soy, rice or almond milk)

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Bottoms up!
